- New future society, Ancient Egyptian Revivalism, which is mutually exclusive with Roman Revivalism. It is advanced by and improves reputation when owning a large variety of races, keeping many slaves in your Master Suite, and having slaves in incestuous relationships; and it enhances the bonus slaves receive for prostitution and public service with relatives.
- Future society specific cosmetic arcology upgrades. To give these upgrades a gameplay impact, future society adoption is periodically gated by purchase of the next cosmetic improvement.
- Many new clothing options, including future society specific options that are only available after a society model is partially adopted. Paternalism unlocks conservative clothing, Degradationism unlocks chains, Pastoralism unlocks Western clothing, Physical Idealism unlocks body oil, and Roman Revivalism unlocks the toga. Ancient Egyptian Revivalism unlocks a special golden collar. Slaves allowed to choose their own clothes will prefer these options. Added one vanilla clothing option, a slutty quipao.
- Individual event for whores who've had a rough day.
- Individual event for slaves allowed to have an opinion about what drugs they want.
- Individual event for older slaves with age lifts who could use a nice day off.
- Increased reputation decay to compensate for the recently added reputation sources, but increased the floor at which it starts.
- Dilemma events involving a slave now permit the player to pay to keep both parties happy, and receive the slave.
- With either Roman or ancient Egyptian revivalism active, slaves may be renamed to a random name from that culture.
- Prestigious concubines and sexually veteran concubines now grant an extra reputation bonus.
- Lip reduction and tendon restoration surgeries.
- Slaves allowed to choose their own clothes will now select their own shoes, too.
- Increased likelihood of clit growth from all sources, and made it possible though unlikely for slaves with ovaries on strong male hormones to see clit growth.

ReplyDeleteEvent suggestion: Some worrying event about the fall of the old world (brushfire wars, sacked city, fall of a government, whatever - possibly have this randomized each time) causes a minor rise in tensions, like a lesser version of what caused the player to be able to arm the drones and recruit the mercenaries. Then the player reassures the citizenry with a display of might - either drone air show, mercenary parade, mercenary wargames, walking about in power armour, etc, with a final option for people who neglect the safety of their arcology where they either spend a bit of money to take on some temporary protection to defuse tensions or let it run it's course and take a rep hit. Basically an excuse to have standards fluttering in the breeze and rank after rank of loyal soldiers standing at attention.
Also, considering that Chattal Religionism is in the game, it seems like it'd be a good idea to either add the Knights Templar or change the existing knights to them for options to upgrade the mercenaries. And for those that double-dip Chattal Religionism and Roman Revivalism, how about the Varangian Guard?
And considering the brand new Egyptian flavour, how about the Medjay? Both historically accurate and popularized by The Mummy and sequels.

Unless I'm missing something it's literally impossible for that final elseif to fire, because every possible value is already covered by the first if and elseif.
Daughters have breast sizes that don't conform to the multiples-of-fifty norm, probably because they're based on a defined fraction of their mother's breast size.

ReplyDeleteAlso, still on the subject of the future society, could it be possible to get a list for what I follow, research and then what I do not? I'm always super confused about the interface and usually don't pay attention to that feature beyond selecting a goal.
On a side note, on a previous version, it was possible to generate an infinity of research slot by constructing the arcade which seems to force a societal goal. Then, by trying to remove that goal with the management menu, the system just create slots while keeping the goal active. I'm not exactly sure this is the way I triggered the issue, since it was a late game and many things happened. I do remember that a societal change was forced on me out of nowhere though, which isn't good.
Another dumb question, is it normal that the recruiter position never get emptied if I choose another task for the girl?
Excellent additions with the Egyptian setting, Love the incestuous overtones as well. It is one area that I would like to see more of. Still holding out hope for fitting in the player's family as slaves.

Confirmed by exempting slaves from the RA and manually setting them to choose their own clothes, upon which they'd actually put something on.

The RA prioritizes muscle growth over weight gain too early; it set a dangerously skinny slave to muscle growth instead of weight gain despite RA settings to fix fat and skinny slaves. The slave was at 1200cc breasts while health effects from large breasts don't kick in until 6000cc.
I am having some difficulty replicating the first bug. Has it ever worked for you?
DeleteNot since the option to apply it automatically became available. Manually setting them to dress themselves does work, having the RA do it automatically does not. Possibly relevant item left out of previous report: While they are LISTED as naked on their individual pages and on the main screen, the game does not seem to actually think they are naked; end-of-turn reports say they are proud of the nice clothes they're wearing. When setting a slave to naked manually, this message does not appear.
DeleteFor debugging purposes I went into the Upload Slave section and replaced the forced zeroes with the necessary $activeSlave variables to see what they were. The slaves in question have clothes set to "choosing her own clothes" but choosesOwnClothes is 0; the code that lists what a slave is wearing checks for cOC == 1 (if it's false, it reports the slave is naked) while the end-of-turn event just checks for .clothes != "no clothing" (if it's true, it reports the slave is proud of their clothes).
DeleteI also note that manually setting the slave to choose their own clothes sets both $aS.clothes and $aS.cOC:

However, the RA has run on this slave no less than 28 times so I am at a loss as to what could be setting $cOC back to 0 at this point. A full search of the code for every instance of ".choosesOwnClothes" results in no situations in which it is set to 0 outside of the code I have already quoted and clothing options being set; this goes for all variations including $activeSlave, $defaultRulesSlave, and $slaves[$i], and the variable is never set to the value of another variable, only to a constant 0 or 1.
Running 0.5.9.2 now. No apparent change.

Go to RA. Set obedient+ clothing to anything other than "no default" or "select her own". Exit RA. Obedient+ slaves now are listed as wearing it. Go back into RA. Set clothing to "select her own". Exit RA. Slaves now listed as "dressing herself". Go into any menu at all, change no settings, and return to the main menu. Slaves now listed as "naked".
Is it possible that they are set to naked until next week? I noticed in my game that only a week after they are obedient+ they start choosing clothes.

Two custom slave issues:
ReplyDelete1) on shemale start, adding a vagina still creates a fertile herm (or maybe this is a concession to the futanons from /d/?);
2) regardless of current devotion status, custom slaves carried into the game cannot be renamed during the first week (the game acts as if they are too rebellious for renaming).
Issue #2 isn't exclusive to custom-generated pre-game slaves. It appears the game now won't accept name changes for a slave with devotion lower than Obedient (above 4).

Is it intended that the Rules Assistant, when set to fix fat and skinny slaves, will cancel out player-ordered cum-based diets in favor of no diet at all when in the healthy range? It seems that the Assistant should only be ending a diet if it involves weight changes.
ReplyDeleteThe way the rules assistant stops slimming or fattening the slave is by detecting that they are at the right area and then assigning them "healthy". I think in order to stop the rules assistant from cancelling your alternate but non-prohibited diets, like fattening a slim slave towards average when the rules are set to fix fat and skinny or putting an average slave on a cum diet, is to completely rewrite the way the Rules Assistant handles diets.

DeleteThe "lab run" herm slave is supposed to always be a nympho, but it's possible for her to gain a different fetish in very first week, before her sexuality is explored.
What happens is that the weekly update checks first for a CLOTHING fetish, then for a JOB fetish, while personal attention happens at the tail end of an individual slave's list. A slave's fetish appears to be "hidden" - as in, known to the game but not the player - until sexuality is explored, but hitting any fetish triggers during the weekly update replaces the hidden fetish with the triggered one.
In my case, I had the lab slave first become a pain slut due to the clothing (corset I'm guessing), then become a boob fetishist due to being a milk cow, and then FAIL to become a slut - PA returned "boob fetishist" instead. Reloading to an update with no clothing/job triggers revealed "nympho" as normal.

'REM Merger': "Error: cannot find a closing tag for macro //if//" for passage "//if $trainingCompany is "training"//" - looks like the 'if' for the next section of code should be an 'elseif'. Also, there's no line break between the two options at the bottom of the event. Finally, the results for absorbing the 'second, improvement-focused business' are checking $slaveCompany instead of $trainingCompany, causing it to always act like you just bought out a surgeon.

Abandon this model / Your arcology's media is supporting this goal; your arcology's public spaces are decorated to support it, and have slaves stationed in them to support it too. Your arcology agrees strongly with the vision of a well-bred race of slaves." Something of a catch-22 - can't customize because there's not enough support, there's not enough support because I need more customization.
I had a slave in the arcade get either the 'RE Legendary Whore' or 'RE Legendary Entertainer' events - didn't pay enough attention to note which since I got her mixed up with one of the girls on the promenade. Later I had a slave that had never been a public servant or on the promenade get 'RE Legendary Entertainer' while working as a fucktoy.

Regarding the merger BUG - I just hit this event. I think the weirdness with the second choice's link not working properly is being caused by the event pointing to TWO second choices.

THE SECOND is a minor drug manufacturing concern. Their lab is highly mobile so as to be able to rapidly move across old world borders, one step ahead of drug control agencies. Their owner is looking to get out of the business after a profitable year, and is willing to sell his equipment and stock at very competitive prices.
Note the two sentences starting with THE SECOND. My (non-coder's) guess is that the open/close tags are reversed:
- the event looks for an END tag (rather than a START tag) at the beginning of choice #2 ("The second..."), doesn't find it, throws an error message but keeps rolling;
- the event looks for a START tag (rather than an END tag) at the end of choice #2 ("cash-rich organization like yours."), doesn't find it, pulls up the next thing with a START tag and prints its text (The 2nd sentence starting with "The second...");
- due to the presence of 2 separate "choice #2" options, actually clicking the choice #2 link creates a different result from what's desired.
So, this is technically a bug from the last update, but I somehow ended up with a corporation making infinity profit, having enslaved infinity people with infinite legal enslavement assets and infinity slaves. And no cash on hand.

ReplyDeleteOne of the things I like most about this game is that in every other aspect, you've got pretty much unlimited customizablity, as long as you can afford it. The fact that shaping your arco's society is the exception to this is rather disappointing
In terms of scaling, the phrase "diminishing returns" comes to mind. Perhaps the limit to the number of Future Society focuses should be relaxed or removed altogether, but each successive focus should be harder to reach. That way, players who are committed to a really long playthrough can enjoy more options, while players who would be satisfied with one or two choices can reach their goals quickly.

I know slaves are property, but I had the thought that if people forget or dump their slaves a business would pick them up and sell them off like a used car salesman. Maybe some brothel owners dump slaves if joes cut them up or something.
The slaves would be fearful or worse, with beauty at average or under (with scars for the abused and dumped slaves,) One or more quirks, of older age (And sometimes even pregnant,) And combined NEVER over 2000. Key theme is abused and thrown away slaves that can be bought by players looking to damaged goods and make something out of them.
An "adult orphanage" for used-up, washed-out, has-been or never-was slaves?

ReplyDeleteThe two new events are generating shemale slaves on the "max shemale content" setting. This isn't really an issue for the "mother sells self into slavery to pay daughter's medical expenses" one because all slaves are referred to as female.
The other event explicitly refers to a GELDING, though, which is not guaranteed to be the genital status of the generated slave. That's a bit more noticeable.
The supposed gelding's origin is identical to the one from the other new event ("She sold herself into slavery to buy medical care for her daughter"). This makes me think that there's repurposed (copy/pasted) code used in generating this slave, and that the genital status wasn't set to "must be gelded" before this event went live.
DeleteAlso, the first event's slave (the one who sold herself into slavery to pay her daughter's bills) can generate a "please buy my daughter" event. This is wonderful, hilarious, and sad - but not at all acknowledged in the daughter's pre-slavery history on her individual slave page.

Hello, FC Author. Really loving the game, but i'd like to make some suggestions, if you don't mind. Could you please add some upgrade to the surgery station that allows you to undo permanent slave surgeries like implants, amputations, lobotomies, vocal cord removal etc.? Like some genetic engineering station or nanite healing station or *insert fancy speculative future technology here*. I would really love to be able to take any kind of slave, no matter how broken, both mentally and physically, and restore them to their natural state. To start over with a blank piece of clay and mould it according to my whims. And if i ever fuck something up, or do something i later regret (like amputation or lobotomy) i can simply start over again. It would of course have to be really expensive and you'd need a really high reputation to be able to buy the upgrade in the first place, but i would really love the ability to start over with a broken slave. Thank you for the great game, and keep up the excellent work.

DeleteRestoring vocal cords may become a thing, I don't know how realistic that is, and more importantly, if FCAuthor wants it curable.
I do think, however, that amputations and especially lobotimies are intended that way: irreversible.
They are not only the harshest form of punishment because of the physical/mental damage they cause, but also because that slave is doomed to that fate for the rest of her life.
You can still roleplay as a "benevolent slave owner" by taking in old/amputated/lobotomized slaves and provide them with a "good" (basically "going out of your way" Paternalism) life.
It'd be hard to implement with meaningful gameplay, though. Also, lobotomized slaves are unable to realize that you're being kind to them. (Well, at least not for long)
TL:DR: The "hardcore" punishments would be less meaningful if they could be reversed.
I've had a few mindbroken (from the arcade, not from a lobotomy) slaves get better eventually. If it's a bug, please do not fix it :)

ReplyDeleteSpeaking of Roman, and now Egyptian, names, the lists could use some expansion. At least when I tried Roman Revivalism, I kept getting the same names over and over. Additionally, the event where a slave is unhappy about having a new name makes little sense when they themselves took that new name while still a free person.
ReplyDeleteAdditionally, a "restore original name" button on a slave's page would be convenient.
For the "Restore Original Name", There is not a button, but in a slave's description, it tells you what their original name is/was, and you can change it back to that in a slave's Description page.

ReplyDeleteAlso there's probably a bug, pregnant slaves time stopped even though the week goes on. They kinda freeze in that particular week and show no sign of moving. This start from version 5.8 to latest version, previous version works fine
Found the cause, the pregnant time stop when you places them to roles, like head maid, bodyguard, and recruiter. It works normally when you remove them from position.

Is it intended that personal living expenses are only $750/week no matter which start (Businessman/Ex-PMC/Card Game) you choose?
Is it intended that you can place more than one slave in the Head Girl Suite? The idea of my HG having her own mini-harem is entertaining, even if it's probably just a bug.
Hardcoded slave Cuntbitch has no default/basic name: "Cuntbitch is not her original name; she uses her slave name only when constantly punished, since she feels her real name is unknown."
Is the Cellblock supposed to heal slaves in it? The text for it says so, but slave health doesn't seem to change, either up or down.
When creating slaves at the beginning of a new game, it would be nice if we could specify their name, former profession, race (caucasian/black/etc, based on nationality) and skin tone (based on selected race). Right now you can get the same effect if you just keep cycling through slaves, so being able to specify the parameters doesn't change much except save the player a bunch of time.
Slaves generated at game start seem to get a selection of piercings (and liposuction?) randomly. Do these get factored into the slaves cost? Perhaps consider making the slaves you create always 'pure' (no piercings or body mods) so players don't hae to go back and remove unwanted ones?
The Dominance fetish should probably override the Hates Women quirk.
The young girl that gets infatuated with the slave you bring to the milonga in RE Masterful Entertainer - would be nice to have a follow-up event to enslave her.
Sometimes when creating slaves for a new game they get stuck having "skilled at vanilla sex" even after setting vaginal sex skills to "unskilled". None of the options seem to unstick it other than re-rolling the entire slave with a nationality button.
The mention of "surgical dentition reduction" in the Fuckdoll encyclopedia entry begs the question, why can't we remove slaves' teeth without replacing them with dentures?
It would be nice if the Upkeep screen somehow showed how much money you are 'saving' from slaves being Subordinate Servants.
In RE Slave Dick On Slave, the hyperlinked slave name appears in the second block of text (after you've chosen your action) - the name is in the first paragraph but not linked there.
Hanging 'else' in the Tired Cumslut event: "You call Skye in and ask how full she is. She looks confused for a moment but soon figures out what you mean. She gestures at her stomach, makes a sign for "full," and then makes a sign for "never."else She comes eagerly over and sucks you off with enthusiasm."
There seems to be a bug that un-Mind Breaks slaves if a fetish is forced on them. This can be reliably duplicated by putting a Mind Broken slave in the Collection Facility with the sodomizer upgrade - the upgrade pushes the Buttslut fetish on the slave, and this 'breaks' Mind Broken status.
Slaves are sometimes unable to receive Personal Attention - you can set it but it never happens during end-of-week. It's sporadic, but it seems to hapen most often when using PA on a slave who is also being serviced by a Subordinate Sex Slave.
A way to reduce natural lip size (example, slave is generated with natural pillowlike dick sucking lips, and you want to reduce them to plump or normal) would be nice.
Typo in RE Loving Concubine, sweet sex option: "Her butt is relaxed and welcoming, and she holds her legs back to take missionary anal loving as her green look deep into yours." Should be 'her green eyes look deep', I think.

The new starting tattoos ('winning hand of cards', 'corporate logo', 'PMC coat of arms') would make nice options for brands. And now that the default descriptions mentioned it, the back/nape of the neck as a branding location would be nice, too.
Consider making Mind Broken not count as 'uneducated' for the Paternalism Future Society? Honestly I can see this going either way, either MB by definition can't be educated, or Paternalism would consider it harsh/even worse than uneducated. Just thought I'd throw it out there in the hopes of running a thriving Paternalist Arcade ("We take really good care of our slaves - unless you cause trouble, then you go in a box.")
Also, not a bug report or anything, but the blog post for v0.5.8 mentioned new upgrades for the penthouse and I could not for the life of me find them anywhere.

Like most (near- and far-) Eastern cultures, they likely created eunuchs for use as harem guards and servants (like, legit servants, not sexual) to women, but AFAIK there aren't really any historical parallels when it comes to sex slaves, so I'm not sure there's enough to justify adding it.
That said, if the HG does become able to do things like geld, I feel like there should be a rule toggling whether she's allowed to do anything permanent like that. After all, she might have use of the slave, but *you* are still the owner

Starting on normal, you can grab 5 brilliant/edu/v. attractive slaves and slowly build them up into the perfect slaves you'll never acquire otherwise through slave gen. Seemingly no chance for long-lost family events though...

This is more a wish than a feature request, I'd like to strip slaves of 'individuality' not just so the turns would load faster but to further decrease their worth and upkeep costs, not quite like a lobotomy/mindbreak but just a more technical death of self as their identity is shredded and all references/events to them by name are removed. Although, for a real destruction of identity, having a 3-6 week long mindbreak through psycho-suppressants and hypnosis/surgical radical redesign to pre-established standards would be the easiest way to ensure slave consistency as opposed to just locking out their specs.
MAYBE keep their race/gender/age as though tend to be fairly important details.
Taking this further... firstly giving a preset standard that all slaves will refer to when describing slaves, unchangable once set. Gate this into a facility that you can dump slaves into, combined with surgical changes they'll automatically receive changes to their body until they reach the desired state until they are completely converted to drones and can be assigned elsewhere. I'd also like to see a more specialized description instead of scarring, noting the deep lines where-as the new face is entirely artificial compared to surgical change.
Yeah, I've given this way too much complexity. I just want some soulless gynoid maids.

Having trouble figuring out what Society upgrades are needed to allow my arcology to continue on with that society. Specific buildings, or just upgrade it in general, or just put everyone in the custom outfits, like chains, etc... If I could actually know what I'm supposed to do when it's asking me to upgrade and make my arcology more 'customized' for the societies, I would very much appreciate it.

First, I want to sincerely thank you for the qipao. It's everything I hoped it would be. Second, it'd be nice to assign them with the Rules Assistant. Third, I think you spelled it wrong. I don't think it's ever transliterated as quipao. Last, and this may be related to a known bug discussed on this page already, but any girl assigned to wear a qipao shows up as "Naked" on the main summary screen. She's still correctly described on her individual summary screen.

I've tried to check the code to see if anything's up but I'd have to reverse engineer the entire prosperity and reputation systems to see if those numbers are properly balanced against each other.

It looks like it's possible for asset prices to reach zero - I once had 'conflict zone enslavement assets' get a price drop when they were already on very low and the next week I apparently had ¤0 worth of them. The next week after the price had bounced back a bit I had ¤16500 worth.
There are no entries in 'PC Name and Title' for Roman or Egyptian revivalism. Not sure if that's intended but a whole bevy of potential titles immediately suggest themselves for both of them.
SUGGESTION: Medieval Gothic Theme. Would unlock a victorian dress or somethin', perhaps a slutty courtesan version as well. Based around things like bdsm, degradation, and chattel religion.

So I'm playing on 5.9.2 which I think is the most current. I've run into a bug where some girls won't get the girlish figure bonus. I ignored it the first couple times and just gave them huge T&A, but now it's messing with my brothel profits if I don't get more girlish figure girls. She's got 300cc tits and an unimpressive ass she did have a small rounded ass, but then I made it smaller because I thought well maybe that would work and it didn't. Just two future society slots doesn't allow much leeway in mixing and matching. For example, I'd like to be able to have Physical Idealism, Slave Pastoralism, and Asset Expansionism all at once, or Roman Revivalism + Slave Pastoralism + Paternalism, or something along those lines.
Also, the bonus clothing option you get for maxing out certain future societies does not show up in Rules Assistant. And could you change it so that if a future society is maxed out, it gives you a message in the business overview screen and future society screen like "This ideal has been fully integrated into your society" or something like that, rather than having it say "You must customize your arcology to further support this" or "Your arcology's acceptance of this must advance". Just a minor nitpick.

DeleteThe society slots are determined by your fame, if you fall under the trigger point for a option they will vanish (unless you have already activated them). It has happend to me that I triggered that 3rd slot but instantly lost it due to weekly fame reduction.

It's a bug, or more like an overlooked inconsistency. Once you have stationed slaves to promote your future society, that's the final upgrade for now. It causes both the business screen and future society screen to say to upgrade each other, though.

ReplyDeleteBug report: in the "Injections Please" event, giving the slave injections then clicking their name before hitting 'continue' to end the event will send you back to the beginning but give the asset growth anyway without any health loss.
ReplyDeleteThis means you can, in one day, take a slave from the minimum asset size for the relevant injection to the maximum with no cost.

PHRASING / SUGGESTION
ReplyDeleteDuring the "bored trap/slut volunteers for enslavement due to being recruited by HG" event, the trap's dialogue after confirmation has her ask for clothing identical to the head girl's. If the head girl is naked, this comes as "can I please have no clothes like HG?"
This sounds awkward because the phrase is set up for all other clothing options, which generally GIVE clothes, and because this isn't really a request most masters will deny (if only because new slaves get stripped of their possessions).
Maybe the "action" options at the bottom of this recruitment event could include a "give her the clothes she asks for" option, which would raise devotion the way "allow her to impress you" does (as in, "letting the slave see you are fair and reasonable")?
Are there supposed to be restrictions on the event where the mercenary offers to buy one of your slaves? Because I just had the event pop up with him trying to buy my bodyguard. I would have thought that at least those slaves assigned to special positions would be exempt from the event.

There tenses in the two sentences above don't agree. The second sentence should start with "This week" or a similar introductory phrase, or the tenses should be changed to match.
2) All references to the stewardess get inserted between the two sentences quoted above. This makes reading "They worked..." even more jarring, because the sentence right before that has a completely different subject (singular stewardess). It may be best to change the phrase as follows:
"There are X slaves working out of the servants' quarters. [Any stewardess sentences.] *This week, your servants* worked to reduce your household expenses; having a well-staffed house slightly increases your reputation."
Hey FCdev. I remember in an older version, when you set the assistant to get your slaves to healthy weight, when they did they were automatically taken off their diet / fattening regiment. This no longer happens when you have the assistant get them to average.

ReplyDeleteGelded slaves are currently eligible for the "slave isn't properly anally trained and asks to touch herself during buttsex" event. The "Let her" option specifically states she "spatters the couch with cum after just a few strokes", which is a bit inconsistent with gelding.

It is virtually impossible to get/keep Girlish Figure with implants because the smallest breast size and implant (200cc + 200cc) still causes additional stretching that puts the slave over the 400cc Girlish Figure limit.
Should FS Degredation be disabling the 'natural vs. inked/pierced' variety bonus? It's not at the moment.

The 'chains' and 'slutty quipao' clothing options display as 'Naked' in the main slave listing.
A slave with earrings set to milking gets special text about wearing an ear tag, but the same slave place in the Dairy goes back to the generic or clothing-specific earring text.
Arcology exterior description for Body Purism has a typo: " Outside the main entrance, there is an enormous statue of an idealized male figure with several statues of nude slaves at his feet. The slaves' bodies idealized too." Should be 'The slaves' bodies are idealized as well.' or 'The slaves' bodies are also idealized.' Or even drop the slave mention entirely since it's in the preceding sentence, and just be 'They are also idealized.'
FS Slimness Enthusiasm seems to also unlock FS Body Purism, or at least you are able to purchase Body Purism arcology upgrades when working towards Slimness Enthusiasm, even if you should only be able to be pursuing one FS at the time.
If you are pursuing FS Gender Fundamentalist and choose to impregnate a slave during the enslavement event you get a reputation bump. But if you impregnate her from the slave info screen you don't.
JE Slave Training sometimes rewards a shemale instead of a geldling.
When set to XX only slaves, game start slave generation has no selection for clit size. If the slave gets generated with a large clit there's no way to change it before starting the game other than re-rolling a new slave.
The encyclopedia claims that Stewardesses gain bonuses from Dominance or Nymphomania, but only Nymphomania has an effect on the end-of-week Servants' Quarter text block.
If a slave gets a fetish from an event and has an opposing quirk, it is not cleared (example: RE Buttslut Interest procs, you choose to make a slave with Hates Anal into a Buttslut, at the beginning of the next week she is both a Buttslut and still Hates Anal).
Suggestion: It would be nice for RE Nickname if, when you choose 'put a stop to it', the slave got a minor devotion boost. As it stands now getting the event for a slave you don't want to nickname feels almost like a waste of an event.
Bug: Arcology description seems to be one upgrade 'ahead'. When you start a game the security drone fly by is listed, when you but the drone upgrade it mentions verdant hydroponics bays, etc.
Any chance of allowing the corporation to either do more than one thing each turn or else a massive sell button? Eventually mine was enslaving more people than it could sell each turn.
ReplyDeleteIf you are looking for more society ideas I have one; eugenics. Points for impregnating attractive and intelligent slaves and points for making barren ugly and stupid ones. I guess also like putting the bad ones in the arcade or the servants quarters would also support it while having them in the concubine quarters or the promenade would be bad. Showing customers results of IQ tests and stuff like that. It should also monitor physical strength too, but outside of cutting off limbs and muscle building every slave is exactly the same there. The arcology that's building a better tomorrow. Either auction off a slaves womb to worth customers or give it away as a show of faith in your ideals. Obviously views of racial supremacy and/or inferiority should change what would be good/bad.

BUG / INTERFACE ISSUE?
ReplyDeleteBought a brothel, which by default has a max of 5 slaves. Sent 6 slaves in through the new interface link under the slave descriptions. No error messages or negative consequences of overstaffing were listed anywhere until the weekly report.
SUGGESTION - add the weekly report message "overcrowding is bad, mmkay?" to the brothel interface, specifically to the line about expanding the brothel, in order to encourage players to upgrade right away instead of making them fix their choices a week in.

Typo in arcology description for FS Subjugation: "In the center of the plaza, an auction of a large group of frightened black slaves gte taking place." 'gte' should be 'is', I think.
DeleteIf a slave with no oral skill is given any collar, they gain a rank of oral skill at the end of the week. The text ("She can't help but get better at having things down her throat.") reads like this may be intended for the dildo gag, but it is firing for all collars.
A slave with the lowest intelligence score but educated is not described as educated in the information screen, only as "She is quite stupid." This doesn't happen in normal slave generation that I've noticed but is a possibility if you place an educated slave on psychosuppressants.
Suggestion: Add an encyclopedia entry describing what progresses the different Future Society options, similar to the entry describing what stats aid leadership positions.
A gelded slave on penis injections, once reaching the largest dick size ("She has a gigantic penis, an obvious product of extreme hormonal treatment."), does not automatically get taken off injections even though no further growth is possible. Suspect the game is letting the regimen continue because she doesn't have the largest balls yet (because she has no balls).
RE Whore Recruit should probably only generate slaves with the former profession of Prostitute. Right now it generates a normal variety, which makes the description look weird when she sold herself to get away from a life of whoring as a former journalist or unemployed, etc.
There a place to submit bug reports? I sold a slave in the concubine slot, but the game still thinks she's there, and isn't allowing me to reassign it. Looks like I'm also still getting the effects of having her.

ReplyDeleteI've been indulging a "surgery addict" event slave with massive augmentations over the course of multiple weeks. "She" started out male with flat chest and butt, was given SRS by the event, and was then given implants by me. Butt implants, in particular, took her all the way from flat to maximum (surgery room refuses to add more), but the hormonal options display on the slave page is weird right now.
First off, the "Breasts" and "Buttocks" options are both grayed out, as expected. What's weird is that there is another, BLUE option labeled "|Buttocks|" between the two. Clicking on it indicates that the slave will be receiving butt injections.
I suspect the issue is being caused by the slave's butt size brushing up against the max limit, and then being messed up by the new "master may I please have injections to grow my [INSERT BODY PART HERE]" event. This particular slave hit a "please grow my butt" event even while at max butt implant size.
It's possible the current display issue / bug was caused by the new event (which I hit multiple weeks back) but I simply didn't notice it right away.

There's a bug with the servant's quarter. If you get enough devoted slaves and put them into the servant's quarter, you can reduce your upkeep to 0, but the game will still charge you money at the start of every week.
ReplyDeleteIt might also be related, as I've had an income of over 40,000 a week from the arcade along with milkers and only gained 20,000. It seems my invisible upkeep costs were subtracting from my income.
Finally figured out how to un-mindbreak slaves reliably.
ReplyDelete1) Give them a smart piercing, set it to either breasts or pregnancy.
2) Put them in a fully upgraded dairy with a young, smart, educated milkmaid.
3) Allow pregnancies.
Mindbroken slaves that get pregnant will react to the miracle of a new life growing inside them by developing a pregnancy fetish and snapping out of their mental exile!
(They'll still be "very slow", sadly, which is why a stay in the schoolroom is recommended once they do snap out of it).
Still working on how to do this with slaves that have no way to bear children.
While I understand that this is likely a bug, I hope it doesn't get fixed any time soon!

ReplyDeleteIt would be nice if there was a guy willing to sell you slaves in batches of 5 or 10. They might all be sick, stupid or really rebellious, but you can quickly fill up your arcades or servant's quarters after a quick stay in the cell block.
It would save a lot of time and energy with clicking if there were also customization buttons for when you first buy a slave to allow you a default action when dealing with them. If I get a new rebellious slave, I typically either toss them into the arcade if they're trash or the cell block if they're useful/have potential.
A button on the screen after you buy them saves many clicks and loading screens.
